DH Underground was founded by Mark Devaney, Tim Kuzior, Jerry Carter and John Theiler in April of 1999. DH Underground is located in Albuquerque New Mexico. The team consists of 25 employees and the necessary equipment to handle just about any boring or tunneling project.
